About Us
WiNNiE’s Lucky Ducks is a personalized mystery scoop shop operated in Ohio. Every order is carefully assembled based on the customer’s submitted preferences and the inventory available at the time your order is packed.

Mystery Products
All products sold by WiNNiE’s Lucky Ducks are mystery products. By placing an order, you understand that every scoop contains surprise items and that we cannot guarantee specific items, brands, colors, characters, themes, or licensed products. Photos shown on our website, social media, and promotional materials are examples of past orders and are intended to show the types of items that may be included. Every mystery scoop is unique, and inventory changes regularly.

Personalization
Customers are invited to complete a preference form to help personalize their order. We carefully consider every preference submitted and do our best to create a mystery scoop that matches the customer’s interests. However, because inventory changes and products are available in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee every request can be fulfilled.

Duplicates
Because every order is a surprise, customers may receive duplicate items across multiple orders. Purchasing multiple mystery scoops does not guarantee completely different contents.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is prepared or shipped.

Shipping & Local Pickup
Orders are typically prepared within 14 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. We use Pirate Ship for shipping. WiNNiE’s Lucky Ducks is not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related delays, carrier issues, or packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Local pickup is available for customers in the greater Toledo, Ohio area. Customers selecting local pickup will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.

Returns & Damaged Items
Because every mystery scoop is personalized and created specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges because a customer hoped to receive a particular item, received duplicate items across separate orders, or simply did not enjoy the surprise selection. If an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Product Safety
Many items included in our mystery scoops contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate. Please review product contents before giving items to young children.

Intellectual Property
All logos, photographs, videos, artwork, graphics, designs, written content, and other materials on this website are the property of WiNNiE’s Lucky Ducks unless otherwise noted and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Third-Party Brands
Some mystery scoops may include products manufactured by third-party companies. WiNNiE’s Lucky Ducks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by brands such as Pokémon, Sanrio, NeeDoh, or any other trademark owner. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiNNiE’s Lucky Ducks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
